H&M Machine Service Relocates Operations Under Boone Center, Inc.
Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) and H&M Machine Service, Inc. are proud to announce that, effective today, H&M Machine Service operations will be managed under BCI. This strategic partnership combines H&M’s long-standing precision machining expertise with BCI’s operational strength and workforce development mission—expanding CNC capabilities in St. Peters while creating meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.
Founded in 1968, H&M Machine Service has earned a strong reputation for precision, reliability, and customer service. Under BCI, this legacy continues with an even greater purpose—advancing inclusion, skill-building, and opportunity. Customers can expect the same trusted quality and responsiveness H&M is known for, now backed by the operational resources and social impact of one of Missouri’s leading employment support organizations.
“This is a strategic partnership to expand CNC capabilities and precision machining in St. Peters,” said Troy Compardo, CEO of Boone Center, Inc. “H&M Machine Service will scale its specialized services while BCI provides critical support in business functions. By integrating CNC technology and precision machining into our operations, we are bridging workforce needs with inclusion in a powerful way. This collaboration advances manufacturing capacity in the region while creating innovative pathways for hands-on training and meaningful employment for adults with disabilities.”
Sandra Loness Cammarata, President of H&M Machine Service, said the decision to partner with BCI reflects both a business evolution and a personal mission.
“After learning about BCI and their commitment to providing opportunities for people with disabilities, partnering with them made perfect sense,” said Cammarata. “My family built H&M on a foundation of compassion and community—helping others whenever possible. This partnership allows us to carry that legacy forward in a meaningful way.”
Cammarata added that the transition strengthens H&M’s ability to serve its customers while helping fund BCI’s mission.
“This partnership allows us to streamline operations, reduce administrative overhead, and provide faster response times for our customers—all while supporting meaningful work opportunities. Our customers and vendors remain our top priority, and this change positions us to serve them stronger now and into the future.”
Reflecting on the collaboration, Cammarata shared, “When we toured BCI’s facility and met the team, we were inspired by the positive energy and sense of purpose in every corner. We immediately knew we wanted to be part of this. The truth is, BCI has done as much for us as we hope to do for them.”
Compardo concluded, “This partnership reflects the very best of what BCI stands for—strengthening business operations while opening new doors of opportunity for people with disabilities. By bringing CNC capabilities under BCI’s umbrella, we’re building a sustainable model that combines business growth with social impact.”
